With a strong focus on Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine, we provide expert care tailored to individuals aged 18 and older.

The practice is led by Arif Rehmat Masih, AGPCNP-BC, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Mr. Masih brings extensive clinical experience and advanced training from Long Island University, along with national certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and licensure by the New York State Education Department.
